We kindly request you follow black tie attire for our special day.
Gentleman, please wear a dark suit or tuxedo with your best bow tie.
We do ask that waistcoats be reserved for the bridal party.
Ladies, feel to wear formal / cocktail style dress in any colour that you love, No colours areoff limits except white which is reserved for the bride.

Yale train station is located 20mins away and the closest mainline station is Bristol parkways. There is a direct service from London Paddington that takes approx. 1hr 7mins
Bristol airport is a 40min drive from Tortworth via. the M5
We were able to reserve a few rooms for the wedding night, please contact the bride or groom to find out the details for you. All rooms allocated are double, breakfast is included with your stay and payment is due upon checkout (by 10am 3rdMay).
If you do not want to keep this booking, kindly inform the groom by 1st March 2026 so we may release the room without charge.
Should you prefer to arrange alternative accommodation, please feel free to explore the nearby option suggested in the FAQ section.
Kindly note there will not be transportation to or from the venue please plan your travel accordingly.

Is the building accessible?
Yes! All parts of our special day are fully accessible. for more information on accessibility please refer to the accessibility guide which is available for download here.
Will there be parking available?
Parking is available on site with standard, accessible & electric charging points as options. The electric chargin points can be used by simply scanning the QR code on the charger. Then simply follow the on screen instructions.
Are children welcome?
Whilst we love your children, sadly we can only accommodate children of our immediate family due to venue restrictions. We hope you understand and take it as an opportunity to let your hair down and have a well-deserved break.
Is your wedding outdoors?
Whilst most of the events of the day will be held in the orangery, our reception is planned to take place on the terrace. an outdoor area overlooking the manicured Tortworth gardens. Should the weather not permit this we will be hosting the reception inside the manor instead, please keep an ear out on the day. For any change of plan our ushers will be on hand to guide you.
Shall we bring a gift?
For those of you have expressed a wish to give a gift, we kindly ask instead of physical presents, you consider contributing to our honeymoon fund. If you’d like to do so, please keep an eye out on the day for information alternatively, contact the bride or groom directly

For guests who would prefer not to stay at the venue, we have listed a local accommodation option below for your convenience. Please note, we have not personally stayed at or visited the property, booking will be at your own discretion.
